Meet Trista
Trista KinCannon Pleski, MAcHMS
Helping people succeed has always been a driving force in Trista's life. Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, she coached multi-level gymnastics, supporting her athletes to achieve their best. Sports and athletics are a strong component of the care that she gives to her clients and continues to coach athletics. Trista received her AA degree at Anoka-Ramsey Community College and went on to pursue her Master's of Science in Oriental Medicine at AAHW. She graduated in August 2023 with what is now termed MAcHMS (Master of Acupuncture with Herbal Medicine Specialization) Through learning Traditional Chinese Medicine, Trista has been able to incorporate her knowledge of sports medicine with a newfound understanding of Eastern medicine philosophies. Trista enjoys using her abilities to solve difficult to treat conditions and is able to tackle challenges from multiple angles to find a solution. She is especially adept at treating acute musculoskeletal issues, chronic pain, GI disorders and working with all ages of athletes with sports injury and injury prevention.
